Dubai, UAE, 12 December 2012 ? Ninety-two percent of this year?s MBA graduates from London Business School found employment within three months of leaving, according to latest figures from the School.

The School?s MBA employment report, published today, shows another strong year for the School?s MBA graduates who have secured full-time employment ? of those, 33 percent took up consulting sector roles, 32 percent went into finance but, for the first time, the largest number (35 percent) went into the corporate sector. London Business School also saw all of its 2013 graduates secure internships over the summer months.

?It?s great to see that, despite another tough year in the job market, our students remain highly sought after, with 92 percent of graduates being in positions within three months of graduation.

?Testament to the international mobility and global perspective of our students, this year we?ve seen record numbers of students heading outside the UK following graduation, with 53 percent choosing to work abroad?, said Fiona Sandford, Executive Director, Careers and Global Business, London Business School.

The School has introduced some new components to its MBA programme this year, including launching its first Global Business Experience in September, to reflect and challenge the global nature of its students.? The Global Business Experience is designed to engage students in new and complex working environments through immersion by taking faculty and students to five global locations (New York and Boston, Mumbai, Hong Kong, Johannesburg and Istanbul).

?The idea is that by the end of their time here at London Business School, students will be able to do business anywhere in the world?, Sandford added.

London Business School?s MBA programme was ranked number one by Bloomberg Businessweek in its international business school ranking in November this year.
